Current Employee - Distribution says"Low pay. No recognition for hard workers. Lazy people are rewarded. Poor management. Useless training that has nothing to do with your job title."
Current Employee - Manager says"The business processes that are in place are either entirely non existent, or so entangled and convoluted that the process takes on a life of it's own. Managers spend so much time serving the processes that it makes productivity nearly impossible. The entire business is so fraught with over the top waste, it is ripe for a takeover. Regulatory management has the entire organization in a strangle hold of over reaching and fear mongering. Pole Vaulting over cracks in the sidewalk cultural style."
Current Employee - Scientist says"Terrible management. Low pay. No appreciation for hard work. Little opportunity for advancement. It's almost comical."

Former Employee - Former Employee says"Departments work in silos. There is no team feel. Every department is out for themselves and finger points and throws other departments under the bus. If it wasn't for my manager I would have not stayed."
says"Stressful environment, always reacting to situations and expecting someone else to solve the problem. Weak Management, No room for development or advancement. Poor pay. No resources."
Former Employee - Diagnostic Specialist says"Many things fall through the cracks because people are busy. 1 of the 4 managers I had was a self centered terrible manger. Good luck he keeps getting promoted for doing nothing. A lot of turnover"
